What a typical day in a lash studio looks like without a system
A lash artist spends most of the day with a client's eyes closed, a few centimetres from her hands. Every interruption - a phone call, an Instagram message, a question about a free slot - means breaking a concentration that doesn't come back easily when you're working on lashes. Arranging slots in messages also happens in your free time, between sets or after closing.
Online booking removes that overhead. The client opens your booking page, picks a service, a slot and an artist, and confirms it herself. Meanwhile you get on with your work and the calendar fills up without a single message typed.
