Just a few years ago it was normal for a client to call the salon, agree on a time and show up. Today the situation is different.
People are used to booking everything online:

The new generation of clients does not want to wait for a reply to a message. They do not want to call during working hours. They want to choose the service themselves, see the price and book a time in a few clicks.
If they do not find that option, they often leave for the competition.
Not because it was cheaper or better. But because it was simpler.
